Understanding the Training Modules

Following the installation of Apex, Edenbridge Healthcare offers a hybrid model of training to ensure that delivery is optimised based on local customer requirements.

The standard Apex deployment package includes comprehensive training for every Primary Care Organisation, which can be delivered and designed to meet each local organisation’s requirements.

Core Training

Recognising the demands on General Practice, we are passionate about allowing flexibility for end users to access training. To do this we have designed a training model delivered through core system modules, each designed to be delivered in 45-minute sessions.

These modules cover:
  1. Apex System Configuration
  2. Introducing Apex Core and Demand Management
  3. Understanding and Improving Clinician Workload
  4. Developing Operational Insights from Apex
Our recommendation would be the first two sessions are grouped as one 90-minute session and the following modules being delivered as 45-minute sessions, but this can be flexible. This will act as your Core Training - please click here to book

Other Training Opportunities

Module 3 acts as further training and is scheduled for  45-minutes (plus time for questions at the end) via Microsoft Teams. This session is designed to support with Understanding & Improving Clinician Workload - please click here to book.

PCNs and Enterprise

For Primary Care Networks, you will receive two dedicated PCN modules
  1. Configuring and Optimising Data Across your PCN
