Data Status Support | Gaining Access to Amend TPP Strategic Reporting

For Apex to receiving practice data from SystmOne, we will need to configure the SystmOne strategic reporting. We will complete this with you during the initial installation call. Please note that the staff member that attends this installation call will need to be allocated the necessary permissions to amend Strategic Reporting. Please note, Strategic Reporting access is not a default right to any user level.

Strategic Reporting Access

The Strategic Reporting function within SystmOne allows practices to obtain a daily incremental extract of data from the clinical system, but access to configure the module can only be allocated by the Caldicott Guardian.

Firstly, confirm your Caldicott Guardian has the Caldicott Guardian Staff Role assigned to their SmartCard.
Also, ensure the Caldicott Guardian User within SystmOne is assigned as a System Administrator with permission to to ‘Create new user profiles and set access rights.’

Once the above configuration has been completed, the following steps must be undertaken by the Caldicott Guardian.
1. Log into SystmOne using a SmartCard on the Caldicott Guardian profile.
2. Select Setup > Users & Policy > Staff & Organisation Setup from the main menu in the SystmOne header.
3. Select the Staff Member Profile you wish to provide Strategic Reporting access to.
