Introducing Demand Management & System Configuration | Modules 1 and 2

This is your introduction to APEX. This will give you an overview of the configurable options within the system, allowing you to create services and maintain the system. We will also provide an overview of the core aspects within the system. 

Please note, for this session, APEX will need to be installed and streaming data for your practice. This core training must be completed before proceeding with further modules. Legacy customers who have completed this step (remote commissioning) can proceed to book further modules as required. 

Please click on the required date to register and receive a Teams link. The 90-minute sessions are delivered via Microsoft Teams. You will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout using the Teams chat as well as time allowed at the end for Q&A.
