    Working in NHS everything has to be delivered yesterday. Often the required information travels slow through emails and you are not always sure that you will get it as soon as you need it. 
    Well, the Apex Support Desk has amazed me every single time with prompt responses and support straight away. Jen has kindly called me personally and made sure that she has reassured us with the problem resolutions and all the available support within your company. I am truly grateful that you offer full support for practices with the transition and adaptation of the system.
