Training & Bookings
Edenbridge Healthcare offers a hybrid model of training to ensure the delivery is optimised based on local customer requirements.
The standard Apex deployment package includes comprehensive training for every Primary Care Organisation, which can be delivered and designed to meet each local organisation requirements.
Following on from these initial sessions, all users have access to ongoing support through our Customer Success Management Team.
Please note: Apex will need to be installed at your organisation and streaming data successfully prior to the training. We will discuss this with you during your onboarding and initial installation call.
Training Feedback

We were provided with high quality training on Edenbridge Apex. The trainer swiftly demonstrated the functions to us and then moved on to teaching us how to create reports that met our needs. Straight after the training we made changes to both improve access for patients and improve the monitoring of workload. I have not had any training on any IT system where we have been able to benefit so quickly, and this is due to a combination of an excellent product and trainer.
Thank you, it was a very helpful intro to the system and it looks good, not often a system is demonstrated and an instant use is apparent.
I can’t thank you enough for the rapid response and support over the past 24 hours to give me access to the data I need to submit a business case that WHEN approved (not if), will be worth a significant figure to our PCN and result in benefiting a large proportion of our 50,000 patients.
